Ever since I was a teenager I have been amazed at the changes we can make in our bodies using diet and exercise.  I have a background as a ballet/jazz dancer which evolved into fitness and later personal training.  For the last 19 years, I have had the opportunity to help my clients (ages 8 to 88) reach their fitness goals.  While I always loved my job I felt like I needed more knowledge in nutrition.  So in 2009 I decided to go back to  school to get my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics followed by my credential as a registered dietitian.  I recognize that we only have one body and one life. After going through an initial assessment, I will help personalize a nutrition plan that is just right for you.  Depending on your goals and needs we will use recipes, meal planning, grocery lists, MRT/Leap testing, micronutrient testing, and individualized supplementation recommendations to build a plan that is just right for your body and your lifestyle.

I believe that there is not one perfect type of exercise.  I use a combination of Pilates, TRX, weights, yoga, and cardiovascular exercise to create a balanced workout for my clients. My workouts incorporate strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, injury rehabilitation, and muscle balance. Both individual and group sessions are available.
